The conditions for entering the Czech Republic vary according to the risk level of the country you are coming from.
Traveling from countries with a moderate risk of COVID-19
- You are required to fill-in an arrival form https://plf.uzis.cz/ It is necessary to fill in this form BEFORE your arrival. Right after you fill in the arrival form please print out the confirmation. You need to keep it with you
- You have to have a written confirmation from accredited laboratory on
- a negative result of an RT-PCR that has been performed no more than 72 hours before the start of your journey.
- Or you can have a negative result of an antigenic test that has been performed no more than 24 hours before the start of your journey.
Traveling from countries with a high risk of COVID-19
- You are required to fill-in an arrival form https://plf.uzis.cz/ It is necessary to fill in this form BEFORE your arrival. Right after you fill in the arrival form please print out the confirmation. You need to keep it with you
- You have to have a written confirmation from accredited laboratory on
- a negative result of an RT-PCR that has been performed no more than 72 hours before the start of your journey.
- Or you can have a negative result of an antigenic test that has been performed no more than 24 hours before the start of your journey.
- After your arrival you will have to take 1 more RT - PCR test and you will have a limited possibility to move during the first 10 days. Please, make your test right after your arrival to Prague. Traveling from countries with a very high risk of COVID-19
- You are required to fill-in an arrival form https://plf.uzis.cz/ It is necessary to fill in this form BEFORE your arrival. Right after you fill in the arrival form please print out the confirmation. You need to keep it with you.
- You have to have a written confirmation from accredited laboratory on a negative result of an RT-PCR test that has been performed no more than 72 hours before the start of your journey.
- No earlier than 5 days after entry into the territory of the Czech Republic is mandatory to take a second RT - PCR test.
