What are the scholarship rules?
The amount of monthly funding varies by country(destination). The scholarship is sent to the student's account after signing the Financial Contract (ca 14 days before departure). When you go out for a longer period than 6 months, the amount may be sent in more than one separate payment. Last, a small amount of scholarship is paid when all the documents after arrival are provided.
In the case of your earlier return, the money refund applies.
If your stay is shorter by more than 5 days from the period stated in the Financial Contract, the refund is calculated as a difference between the scholarship given and the newly calculated according to the reality (dates in Confirmation of Stay).
How is the scholarship, if traveling to non-Erasmus+ partner institution?
NEW! The all Study Exchange and Traineeship scholarship rules have been united under the ERASMUS+ programme with one exception. If traveling out of Europe and to non-Erasmus+ partner university, the Travel Expenses are NOT added to the scholarhip.
Summer school and conference stays under the MOBI programme.
