Planning to attend a Summer/Winter school or Workshop?
To gain additional financial support for attending such an event you may apply for a MOBI scholarship.
NEW: The MOBI scholarship is limited to one trip per study cycle.
Who can apply?
- Bachelor/Magister/Doctoral student
- all forms of study
- student must be enrolled at UCT for the whole time period of the traineeship.
- no limitations in citizenship but must be enrolled on an accredited study program at UCT
- finished at least one year of study at the time of departure (application could be sent earlier)

Important:
If the attendance at an event is done in coordination with your faculty/institution and there is a larger number of participants joining, please contact outgoing@vscht.cz to find out more and to agree on the administration process and scholarship.
ECTS?
When applying for summer school, it is preferable, that you also collect ECTS. If this applies, you have to fill out the Learning Agreement before mobility and have it signed before your departure. The subject, which will be recognised here at UCT, must be part of your study plan. For possible additional help, please contact your study department.

How about money?
If your application is accepted and approved (via e-mail from the Department of Int. Relations), you will be asked to sign Financial Agreement and Scholarship Decree (both prepared for you) not later than a week before departure. The scholarship is not subject to any expense declaration.

What to do after arrival?
When back home, bring us these two documents:
Confirmation of Stay in ORIGINAL form (kindly ask to issue this or any similar document on the spot before leaving the conference),
Report from MOBI-supported mobility - could be sent via e-mail.
