Admission requirements

• The students at ENSCR planning to enroll for Double Degree programme must have successfully completed 4 academic years (or 8 semesters) corresponding to 240 ECTS credits.
• The students must have obtained good academic results in their home institution and must fulfill the academic requirements of the host institution.
• The candidates for a Double Degree must submit a special application indicating the Double Master Degree programme. The candidates are selected by their home institution which will submit its choice to the host institution. The final decision on admission lies with the host institution.
• Students from ENSCR will follow the 4 semesters at the UCT Prague.

Study programmes/sub-programmes open to Double Master Degree

• Students from ENSCR studying for the UCT Prague Master degree may enroll in one of the following Master study sub-programmes in English: "Applied Chemistry", "Biotechnology", "Engineering and Technology", “Environmental Chemistry and Technology“, "Chemistry of Materials”.

Examination for academic regulations

• Both partner institutions will recognize the courses, examinations results and grades the students studying in the Master Double Degree programme have obtained at their home and host institution.
• The host institution will send a Transcript of records to the home institution as soon as each student has completed all subjects in the study plan at the host institution.

If any student does not successfully complete all subjects within the host institution component, s/he will not be eligible to be awarded the degree from that institution. Should that be the case the home institution will make a decision concerning awarding the home institution degree to the student.

Title of the degree awarded

• Upon successful completion of the Double Master Degree programme, UCT Prague will award the student the degree “Master of Science” (MSc.; in Czech “Inženÿr”, “Ing.”) and ENSCR will award the student the degree “ Diplôme d'ingénieur chimiste et grade de Master“. Both partner institutions will issue separate certificates according to their respective regulations.
