After return back to Prague

What are my duties after return?

In short, when selected, your participation in the course is obligatory. If you get sick and cannot participate because of your medical condition, please inform us immediately.

No later than 14 days after your arrival you must provide these documents to the Department of International Relations via form, that you will recieve in an information email:

  1. Certificate of Attendance (available on the Athens portal)
  2. Final Report
  3. A4 POSTER (tips on how such a poster should look like find out here).

After successful participation, you receive 2 ECTS. In case of repeted participation the credits are not recognized at VŠCHT again (a course already completed once cannot be recognized twice).

Only the dean´s office can acknowledge your credits in SIS. The department of International Relations (with exception of FCHT students, read above) will send emails with lists of sparticipants, who have already sent us all of the obligatory documents mentioned above to each faculty. Please do not send your documents and requests to the dean´s office yourself. Our department will sort everything out for you and send you a copy of the request email, so that you know that it had been passed on to them.

FCHT students submit their own application to the Dean, and credits will be awarded only after the Dean's approval. This is a “general application” form.

We always try to send complete lists of students, therefore if there are any delays in uploading certificates, the credit acknowledgement may be delayed as well. If for serious reasons you need to have the credits in SIS sooner, please let us know as soon as possible.
