During stay

Need to change your study plan?

Up to 30 days after your arrival, you have room to do changes to your Learning Agreement.

You may find out, that the subject you have enrolled in is not taught or is difficult to reach. Use the form Learning Agreement During Mobility and have it signed by the Host University, and all responsible persons here at UCT and send it for approval to outgoing@vscht.cz.

Keep in mind you still have to have min. 25 ECTS and min. 1 subject of recognition (eligible).

How much ECTS are you obliged to achieve?

When planning your study, you have chosen subjects in the summary of 25 ECTS from which you are obliged to bring a minimum of 15 ECTS and one subject of recognition (eligible).

What to do before returning home?

If possible, do not leave without Confirmation of Stay signed by the local International department in original form and signed by the partner university no sooner than 3 days before departure.

Ask the local International department for the Transcript of Records - also in original form and signed. If not available, ask to send it via post or electronically signed to you in cc to outgoing@vscht.cz.
