What to do after arrival home?
Within days inform our office and Dean's office about your arrival.
Provide us (the Department of International Relations) and Dean's office with these documents in original form - if possible no later than 14 days after the arrival:
Confirmation of Stay
If possible, do not leave without Confirmation of Stay this document is signed by the local International Department in original form and signed by the host university no sooner than 3 days before departure. Dates of your confirmed stay must be in accordance with your Financial Agreement (+/- 5 days tolerance).
This document must be handed over to our office no later than 14 days after arrival.
Learning Agreement After Mobility
Learning Agreement After Mobility must be signed by your local (hosting) supervisor.
Shortly before or after arrival you will be asked via e-mail to answer:

This is obligatory feedback to European Committee

MOBILITY REPORT
The link to the online form will reach you via mail. This report is mainly for UCT purposes, available for other students to be inspired, and used for any kind of feedback analysis.
