What our office do for you before departure?
Feel free to consult with us at outgoing@vscht.cz any struggle you may encounter while preparing your Traineeship, but communication with the host institution is entirely up to you.

Financial Agreement together with Statutary declaration is prepared for you to sign no later that 14 days before departure.
Now, please read carefully all instructions you need to follow...
1. Letter of Acceptance
After being selected in the interview, you will be instructed to continue comunicating whit the host istitution untill you obtain Letter of Acceptance or less formal confirmation via e-mail. Please take note, that you are responsible for providing them with all necessary documents.
When succefully accepted by the host institution, you have to finalize the Learning Agreement for Traineeship Before Mobility.
2. Insurance
You are obliged to arrange travel insurance, covering both Health + Liability issues. Copy of your insurance contract must be filed at our office before departure.
3. Travel and accommodation
All travel arrangements including finding yourself accommodation is up to you. Financial support is fixed amount of money no matter how high your travel or accommodation expences are.
4. Financial support
Your scholarship funding will be provided in EUR. The received finnacial support varies by the destination and length of the stay.
5. Financial Agreement
No later than 14 days before departure. Contact outgoing@vscht.cz prior this date to arrange a meeting.
What to have ready before signature
Letter of Acceptance showing the exact days of sour stay
Insurance (copy of agreement, travel card) proving you are insured for the whole stay
Learning Agreement Before Mobility signed by all stakeholders (you, vice-dean for study or supervisor, vice-dean Erasmus coordinator, receiving institution)
