If your application is accepted and approved (via e-mail from the Department of Int. Relations), you will be asked to sign Financial Agreement and Scholarship Decree (both prepared for you) not later than the week before departure. You will receive the money in a few days after signing.
You can find translated templates for financial agreement and scholarship decree here. Both documents are, however issued in Czech language.
In special cases,you may sign the documents after arrival back from your conference and thus get the scholarship afterwards.
The scholarship is not subject to any expense declaration, but in case, you cover your costs by applying for International Travel Business Trip (paid by your faculty or institution), this MOBI scholarship is part of its account.
In the 2022/2023 academic year, the Scholarship is 5000 CZK within Europe and 8000 CZK out of Europe.
